Our sandwiches are made on fresh bread every morning with the finest ingredients— natural ham, turkey and roast beef, imported cheeses, organic local greens, and housemade spreads.

    peanut butter & locally made raspberry preserves on tender paesano {vegan}
  • ROAST BEEF
    Applegate Farms roast beef, aged white cheddar, locally-grown arugula, horseradish aioli on crusty baguette
  • ROASTED EGGPLANT
    sun-dried tomato pesto, organic mesclun greens & fresh basil on ciabatta {vegan}
  • SMOKED TURKEY
    Applegate Farms smoked turkey breast, meunster, locally-grown arugula, roasted red pepper, aioli and dijon mustard on a chewy poppy seed kaiser roll
  • TUNA SALAD
    olive oil-packed, line-caught tuna from Spain, dill aioli, capers, red onion, romaine & dijon on pistolet roll

Pearl Bakery sandwiches are sold ready-to-go from our retail case. Quantities can be limited, so feel free to call ahead if you would like us to set one aside for you! We welcome special orders for three to thirty sandwiches – please order at least two business days in advance.
