Our sandwiches are made on fresh bread every morning with the finest ingredients— locally-sourced natural ham, turkey and roast beef, imported cheeses, organic local greens, and house-made spreads.

    black forest ham,  fontina, romaine, red onion & roasted red pepper aioli on pain au levain
  • PB & J
    peanut butter & locally made raspberry preserves on tender paesano {vegan}
  • ROASTED EGGPLANT
    sun-dried tomato pesto, organic mesclun greens & fresh basil on ciabatta {vegan}
  • SMOKED TURKEY
    smoked turkey breast, red pepper aioli, dijon, mueunster cheese, red pepper and arugula on a kaiser roll
  • TUNA SALAD
    capers, red onion, house made dill aioli on pistolet
  • ROAST BEEF
    sliced roast beef, organic white cheddar, horse radish aioli and fresh arugula
  • PEAR GORGONZOLA
    gorgonzola dolce, bosc pears, balsamic vinaigrette and arugula  on walnut levain
  • SEASONAL HOUSE SALAD
    fresh mesclun mix topped with red onion, feta cheese, golden raisins and honey candied pecans

 

Pearl Bakery sandwiches are sold ready-to-go from our retail case. Quantities can be limited, so feel free to call ahead if you would like us to set one aside for you! We welcome special orders for three to thirty sandwiches – please order at least two business days in advance.
