Visit us at the Portland Farmers Market, located in the South Park Blocks on the Portland State University campus. Find our booth near the northwest corner of the market. Along with an assortment of our signature loaves—ciabatta, pugliese, baguettes, vollkornbrot, and panini—pick up a loaf of our Biologique, the bread we make especially for the Farmers Market. We make it with organic flour and leaven it with sourdough starter. This very wet dough is given a long, slow fermentation, resulting in a chewy, rustic loaf with a distinctive appearance and flavor. Hazelnut panini make a great snack to nibble while you shop.
